After six months of stimulus and employment support, the federal government is expected to shift from a position of support to growth when they released the 20/20 budget next week.

Each government across the country has already announced a rough support package over this time to assist businesses to stay afloat.
It may surprise you to know that some of the pools of money that the government have allocated still have not been exhausted. Literally, not enough people who qualify have applied
for the funding for the government to be able to distribute all of the money that about, for instance, the Queensland government has approved only 70% of the allocated funds for the $10,000 rural Business Development and adaptation grants and the $10,000 Disaster Recovery Grant is still available for Far North Queensland as well.
for businesses to engage with experts to assist with increasing their digital capabilities with more announcements expected.
Next week after months of discussion the accounting industry in Australia has lobbied
for the federal government to provide up to $5,000 for businesses with a turnover of over $75,000 a year to be able to engage with specialists to help them with where their business is now providing the core elements of the business and developing a strategy to achieve sustainable growth as the wheels of the economy start turning again.
